A striking mixed use development by architects Weston Williamson & Partners comprising nine residential units and office floorspace within the Bermondsey Conservation Area
The application site was highly sensitive being a locally listed building within the Bermondsey Conservation Area and adjacent to the Grade II listed Leathermarket building. Planning permission was obtained for the demolition of the existing building on the site which was designated as a positive contributor to the Bermondsey Conservation Area on the basis of the very high quality design of the replacement building.
