Overview

 

An application for Office to Residential Prior Approval under the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order (2015) for the conversion of vacant first floor offices to nine residential units was submitted to London Borough of Sutton.  The Council confirmed that Prior Approval was required and granted.  The submission satisfactorily dealt with the key issues of highway impact, contamination, flooding and noise.  JMS Planning is now retained by the client in respect of a further development scheme on the site.
